Time Warner had pro-rated a refund for me when this has happened in the
past. I guess I've been fortunate because my cable has never gone out
for an extended time, except when we have a storm or something. It has
been the most reliable internet service I have ever had. A buddy of mine
just switched to DSL (SBC) to save a little money and he hates
it...different for everyone I guess. It shouldn't be; the service should
be consistent.
