[SATLUG] Digital Cable PCI Card

Unfortunately, all my research into this area has led me to find that
U.S. digital cable signals differ from those in other parts of the world
where one can find DVB-C cards. I also found no card maker that
produces tuners with those specs. The IR Blaster seems to be the only
choice we have on this at this time. (I was interested in doing the
same thing a couple weeks back).
