Hello Friends, 

I am aware of Rackspace's value as a web host to anyone who can afford their services.  However, for a small biz trying to make a start, and desiring web hosting services, who comes to mind ???  For a small biz startup with no income yet, I know this limits our flexibility.  Its important to find someone with good customer service, yet low cost.  I was hoping to pay near $10.00 per month for specs similar to those below.  Is this too good to be true ???  Please make some recommendations.  Thanks in advance. . .
