Ok People:

Time for another Puzzler.  If you don't know the answer, that's ok.
Just listen to the answers given.  You may find another tool that 
you can add to your bag of handy utilities.

Here it is:

Using your favorite editor how do you:

1.) mark or uniquely identify locations within a text file
2.) move among these locations
3.) cut or copy text between existing marks to the clipboard
4.) paste the text to a new location

#4 is only included for completeness.  What I am really interested 
in is #1-3.  That's it.  I don't recall ever seeing a Windows text editor
that supported anything more advanced than
