[SATLUG] CDROM burner

You've piqued my interest,
I'm running Slackware 10 w/ 2.6.7.  I keep having to link /dev/pg0 to 
/dev/sr0 (and that doesn't seem to work very well).  The downside is 
that I actually have a SCSI cd burner.  What is this mysterious 
argument for ATAPI you speak of?
