[SATLUG] A Question onlibstdc++.SO.5

When I try to run RealPlayerGOLD10 says I need libstdc++.SO.5.  I 
am running Mandrake 8.2.

When I go to RPM find, there are lots of choices, evern several 
for Mandrake.  Should I just choose the one for Mandrake or is 
there a better choice to download and install?

Also, I have another computer with SuSe 9.1 on it but the 
libstdc++.SO.5 rpm for that SuSe only goes to SuSE 9.0.

What is the poor Linux user to do?  :-)

I am sure that I knew the answers to this at one time many months 
ago but don't use those skills enough.  And, I'll bet that there 
are others out there in the same situation as me.
