[SATLUG] Need Newbie Help Installing with Fedora

I have installed Redhat Fedora 2 on a desktop system & need help installing
strobe, a network tool. I can get the RPM from:
http://www.rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/contrib/libc6/i386/strobe-1.04-4.i386.html
but don't know how to install it. Do I need to install other packages?
(dependencies) What command do I use? There must bew an easy way to do this
that I am not aware of.
