As long as that pilot error doesn't include flying into cumulogranitus
[1].

[1] For the non-pilots on the list, cumulogranitus is a
    cloud type which appears to be innocent from the outside
    but is actually stuffed full of geography.

    This type of cloud can occur anywhere at any time
    and is poorly understood because of a lack of surviving
    investigators. It appears regularly in accident reports
    under the pseudonym CFIT, for "controlled flight into terrain".
