PCI-X is the new PCI bus 'PCI Express', basically only the very high
end vid cards are using it so far. It's meant as a replacement to both
AGP and the older PCI standards which PCI-2.2 is one of the standards.

No, it's not. SATA-II is SATA-300, a double increase in its transfer rate.
