[SATLUG] CD burning via Nautilus

Is there a way to find out and/or set the options Nautilus uses for
burning CDs? As far as I can tell, it's just a terribly simple
front-end to mkisofs and cdrecord. I tried making a couple CDs using
Nautilus and the CDs were created, but I always got I/O errors when I
tried to open any of the files. To make sure that it was Nautilus and
not something else, I did a very simple mkisofs and cdrecord with the
same data.

mkisofs -r -o image.iso /some_dir/
cdrecord dev=/dev/cdwriter image.iso

Everything came out fine. Why did Nautilus give me coasters instead
of real CDs? I've burned CDs using Nautilus on other systems and it's
worked fine. Just curious if anyone has an idea of what may have
happened.
