[SATLUG] connections refused

With telnet, you need to install the telnet-server RPM package. After
that, you'll need to comment out the lines in /etc/inetd.conf. I can't
remember if 7.1 started using xinetd, if so, I am sure somebody here knows
xinetd because I don't ;)
