The articles of incorp weren't filed until then, but there was a SATLUG
for at least a year prior to that.  Maybe 2, but I'm fuzzy on the dates.

First meeting, IIRC, was at Hill's and Dale's and adjourned to the Pizza
Hut down the road when folks started getting peckish.
