it happens,  signal issues.  i would call them, ask them to check the 
signal of your modem on their end, then have them send a tech to check 
signal from your modem to the box on the street (or backyard)  I've had 
to do this every couple of months.  it's TimeWorthless for a reason.  I 
am simply going to ditch their TV service for DirecTV, and keep only the 
RR Premium (10mbits/1mbit)
