[SATLUG] GVTC should be Guadalupe PotHole (was RoadRunner Rubbish)

I hate GVTC for internet. They are a monopoly. That is why I pay $50 for the slow DSL. I am lucky to get 50 kb/s when downloading. They will not answer my question that I asked to many "When will cable become available in my area?", but I do not think satellite is much better with the latency and high cost. Are there any alternatives? I think I am stuck with them because I live in Bulverde, Texas.
