Why not just take the money away from the federal government? Just
repeal the 16th amendment and replace it with nothing. Imagine what
the world would be like. Money, like information, equals power.

That, of course, is my second favorite solution, the first being that
Texas should succeed. Decentralize now!

I suspect some of you are yankee sympathizers. :)
