I'm no expert, but I know if you load cygwin with either sshd, or rshd* 
on those boxes you can  establish a trust between your management server 
(linux) and your managed boxes (M$).  This will allow you to rsh/ssh 
<host> "command1;command2;..."

security.  There are _lots_ of resources on the net that can be used for 
getting up to speed.
