'The Arts' suffer in this city because of two factors: 1) Relatively low
level of education per capita when compared with a city like Boston, 2)
The people of this city don't support what art and culture is available.
How many people here have gone to any of the performances by the SA
Symphony? Also, with such a low level of income and ticket prices equal
to those in bigger cities, going to the average show/concert is even
more expensive here than in other cities.
