[SATLUG] OT: renew passports NOW before RFID

As Bruce Schneier points out, it is possible for microwaving your
passport to cause some damage.  The US govt has said they will honor
passports with damaged chips, but it's not clear if they will accept
intentional damage.

Don't get stuck in the international terminal for two weeks. ;)
