Since another monthly meeting is coming up in a couple of days I thought 
I would say a big */THANKS /*to SATLUG and in specific Jim Wells. I have 
been butting heads with Linux for a number of years, Linux winning the 
contest the majority of the time. Steve Van Houten, another ham operator 
WN5PML, invited me to lasts months meeting. For about 2 months previous 
to that I had been playing with various Knoppix live CD's. Linux seemed 
to be much better behaved. Went to the meeting and the following 
Saturdays installfest. Coming off the installfest I had a working Ubuntu 
system installed. In the following month I have been in Linux 99% of the 
time. I have been having a blast. I have added and deleted programs and 
made other changes and so far nothing has gone blooie. SATUG  and other 
sources have provided a wonderful source to me. Thanks.
