[SATLUG] Can Mailman be used for email marketing?

What you want is "PHPList" from phplist.com (free/open-source despite
.com address).

Dada Mail works well too (http://mojo.skazat.com/).

Note that these packages do not support spamming in any way, and
neither do I.  They are both strongly tied to an opt-in policy with
very easy opt-out availability.
