Another option is Linde Merkur:

Linde Merkur is a mass mailing tool built on the Plone CMS, can have
pluggable sources for mails, create mail from web content automatically, and
can handle very high loads, i.e. a quarter million per day.

Please don't use it to advertise things I don't need or want.. ;)
