[SATLUG] spam-fighting techniques

Nukes would be a bit harsh, unless the spammers were rounded up and 
confined to an old abandoned test facility.  Though re-classifying 
spammers as bio-level 4 viruses and launching a campaign to erradicate 
them the way we did smallpox would be nice.  The CDC should have 
freezers large enough to store a couple of samples in the event they 
resurface and have to be fought again ;) .
