I use shorewall. http://www.shorewall.net/MultiISP.html
They've got a document for it. Shorewall is a great frontend to IPTables
and makes things lots easier.
Perhaps that will help. It's all config file based, so you don't need
any GUI tools to run it. You can run less on your firewall, which is a
good thing ;)
