With all due respect, baloney. There is no "proper" tool. Ever heard
of ksysv from KDE? How about tksysv? There are lots of front ends to
manage the startup scripts. They are all basically front ends for rm
and ln -s. *None* are the "proper" tool. It's all personal preference.
