[SATLUG] DSL - San Antonio - Problem Update

Till tonight no fix yet. Was told that two depts in their local office has
to work on it in sequence and seems nothing is likely to  happen till
monday. Wondering if the snail pace may have something to do with the
unionized behemoth, which can never be nimble and quickly responsive. Hope
and pray will the problem will get fixed on monday. If not, will have to
look at alternatives!!!

Wanted to call someone high up. All of the top guns are behind unlisted
phone #s. Even the corporate office phone is not listed in their own phone
book. All they have are a toll free numbers  answered by cs reps.
