My $0.02 on AT&T:
I just moved to Austin and moved into a new apartment here today.
This morning I wanted to set up my internet connection, so decided to
check out what DSL packages AT&T had to offer. I called them up and
got a "Call back during normal business hours" message at 7 am. Not
being satisfied with this, I immediately called Time Warner and got a
customer service rep on the phone. He set up my account, I picked up
my modem at 9 am and had my connection up and running immediately.
There's something to be said for taking care of the customer. I have
been with Road Runner for several years and never had any major
problems with them. Sorry to hear you're having troubles with AT&T.
