I still have a problem with my DSL line.  I discovered it a couple of 
weeks ago, on the weekend when my cable was out.  I have a dual-WAN 
router, and all access was down.  I did get through to some useful 
tech support people, who were able to test my line, and confirm that 
there is a real technical problem.  However, in order to actually get 
the problem fixed, I had to call back during normal business hours, 
which meant waiting until Monday.  I didn't bother, because my cable 
came back a couple hours later -- and I won't be renewing my DSL line.
