[SATLUG] How to monitor SSH session?

Is there a way to monitor a particular user's SSH session in
real-time?  Here's what I'd like to accomplish:

*  Give user login with sudo so he can become root without the root password
*  Monitor what bash commands they run in real-time
*  Also have a record of all the commands he ran while logged onto the box.

I know the .bash_history file will show a record for the third item,
but what about monitoring in real-time?
