My father-in-law worked there for many years, as their top IT "smoke 
jumper", reporting directly to the CEO.  He was one of many of the 
older employees who were let go a few years ago, under circumstances 
that I believe are still pending a class-action lawsuit (age 
discrimination, across thousands of employees).

 From what I've heard from him, things have gotten much worse since he left.

Beyond that, I couldn't tell you much.
