My mom had her house insuranced by them. Her house caught fire while
she was gone. They were happy to take her premiums, but when she
needed them to come through, they would only settle for pennies on the
dollar. She did not have the money to sue them for what they owed her
so that was that. I now understand why their rates are so low.
