I do not want to sound like I am coming to the defense of any insurance 
company, but I don't know of one which will not do every thing they can 
to keep the money paid into them.  Actually providing a service for what 
you are paid has taken a backseat to showing the shareholders a larger 
and larger profit margin for more than one major company.  The bottom 
line is more important than fulfilling obligations.  Peace, Dennis
