[SATLUG] (OT:Hardware) Dell Hardware Problems

Then, I would try to restore the operating system after backing up the hard
drive to an external harddrive using a program such as Symantec Ghost. If
the operating system is messed up, then restore should fix the problem. This
would be a first step before spending money at a shop to diagnose and fix
the problem.
