[SATLUG] (OT:Hardware) Dell Hardware Problems

Fan Check - OK

Steps I would follow in this instance.
Look for bad or leaky caps on the motherboard.
Try re-seating memory and pci/agp cards.
Download and run memtest to see if you get any memory failures, (if it 
will run long enough)
Replace Power Supply
Replace MB/Processor

As for local shops, I'm partial to Allgen.
