[SATLUG] A change in hardware

Here is an interesting article that compared the price points of
various newer AMD and Intel processors. At the time of the article the
best "bang for your buck" were Athlon 64 X2 3600+, Core 2 Duo E4300,
Athlon 64 X2 5000+, Athlon 64 X2 5600+, and Core 2 Duo E6600 (however,
remember this is already 2 months old and CPU prices change quickly.

Don't discredit AMD so much as they are very competitive. I've been
using mostly AMD for years and actually prefer them over Intel. AMD is
taking a beating right now by Intel and needs all the support they can
get.
