[SATLUG] 4 port PCI SATA controller

We're on the look out for a hardware RAID SATA controller with 4
internal connections. We currently have two 3ware cards that work
great in other servers. However, this has to go in a 32bit PCI slot. I
was checking out the 9500S-4LP but it uses a 64bit PCI bus. I know we
could still use it in a 32bit slot, but I'm curious if there would be
any performance issues going this route.

Or can somebody recommend a 32bit hardware RAID SATA card?
