[SATLUG] 4 port PCI SATA controller

Obviously, running 32-bit has a lower ceiling than 64-bit.  AFAIK the
performance of running a 64 bit card at 32 bit does not cause a
performance hit proportionally larger than the simple step down to 32
bit causes.  If that makes sense...
