IMHO, this is exactly how MS Windows wil be defeated...when schools and 
businesses and even individuals are taken to court for using hardware that came 
with an illegal (un-licensed) copy of an MS OS or other software, the will be 
afraid of any hardware sold with MS loaded and start buying hardware with Linux 
loaded.
