Hi Robert,

I remember dealing with this very issue from the user standpoint when I 
was in negations for my current position.  My boss (interviewer at the 
time) sent me email that came across this way.  It took a few head 
scratches and searches before I found WMDecode just so I could read his 
job specs.

This solution is not what you are asking for, so I have a question for 
you.  Could your M$ admin write a GPO to ensure all Outlooks are 
configured to send email in both standard text and the RTF that some 
users prefer?
