Yes but I still need the info to get started. With ndiswrappers it is a 
pain, but still the idea of an adapter that does work and simple steps  
sets the stage  better  even if not a realistic  idea.  I keep seeing 
SUSE  10.1  installing on  broadcom  cards  with out a hitch, do they 
set up with ndiswrapper?
