[SATLUG] CPU Voltages

I have lm_sensors working and running. Someone told me my rails for the cpu cores were both extremely high and low and dangerous for my computer. I do not understand much, so I just want to know if it is running safe. CPU frequency scaling might be why it is not similar to others. When I did sensors -f, the two cores of the dual core processor were running at half their top speed, 1 ghz. Their top speed is 2 ghz. Do I have anything to worry about or is there a sign that my power supply is going bad?
