Then I would suggest to that user:

1)  Turn off your computer.
2)  Turn off your monitor.
3)  Pack both computer and monitor in original packaging.
4)  Return computer and monitor to store.
5)  Tell the Service Clerk:

    "I am just too dumb to own a PC and I need my money back."
