-- TWC Does not provide circuit-side UPS to non-business class users at the
distribution hub, so even when my systems are up, my circuit is probably
down.
-- I have some APC SmartUPS 2200-3000 VA units that I could part with.  Bear
in mind that the 2.2K units have NEMA 5-20P plugs (one horizontal blade) and
the 3K units have L5-30 (Twist Lock 125V 30Amp) plugs.  I do have a 700VA
that is a normal NEMA 5-15P plugs though.
