Victor: You can participate in AG without showing *your* face, you could
still see everyone's video and participate if you have a headset and a 
microphone (~ $15 at radioshack). The headphones are required to eliminate
audio feedback loops from speakers to micophone. It's the poor man's version
of echo cancelling :-)
