They get 3,000 resumes a day.  Spending all the time weeding out the weenies 
is expensive.  It's faster (and cheaper) to go to the geeks who do it for 
fun.  They're the ones who will really excel at a geek type job, opposed to 
the guys coming to you in a suit with an MCSE/Linux+ in their hand.. ;)
