Thanks for the comments, David.  I'm hoping to roll this out in a
medium-sized data center.  The goals are to reduce power consumption and
consolidate physical servers onto virtual machines.  I'm considering using a
cluster to run xen, and hosting VM's on the load-balanced cluster.
