buy a good gfx card and ditch that one.  If he's not a
gamer then that will suffice.  Finding a good used
computer with better specs then that new one?  
I've searched craigslist and people want way too much
for their junk.

PS. I'm selling my AMD XP 2800, 1.5gig ram, 160gig hd,
Antec Aria system for $325. F.Y.I.  lol
