They will not filter packets, but they will monitor your usage as stated
earlier. Your biggest concern is simply coverage area. The usage limit is
actually quite high for a mobile card, but if you're a torrent-aholic, you
will definitely get shut off. I've noticed that RR 'seems' to be throttling
my bittorent connections as well. I suppose any company will try to stop
what they term abuse. Remember that even cell phone companies can deny you
service if you are regularly 'roaming' on another carrier's network that
they consider a 'home' coverage area. It is stupid that the very words they
use to describe their services are direct contradictions to the reality of
those services.
