[SATLUG] [OT] Cell phone rant / open source idea

Among other things, all carriers I know of explicitly prohibit VOIP or  
Skype and will terminate your account with prejudice if they catch you  
violating their TOS on things like this.

Voice is voice and data is data and never the twain shall meet, so far  
as they are concerned.
