[SATLUG] IT Market Like for San Antonio?

I was just curious what is the IT Market like in San Antonio for  
Linux and Systems
Administrators? I notice when I bring up dice.com or monster.com that  
it brings up some
jobs but definately not tons of jobs like it would for Phoenix. As i  
have heard that
San Antonio is a bit behind the times and it is a city trying to  
catch up just wasn't sure
on the job side of things.

Any input appreciated.
