I had this EXACT issue.  I used the GParted/CloneZilla ISO from
http://gparted.free.fr/GParted-Clonezilla/
I now carry the recent version in my CD toolbag, and the ISO on my External
HDD in my laptop bag. ;)

After that, I used on my Dell laptops to move/resize the partitions around.

Note that Partition Magic will probably not work for the MS Server
versions.  The OTS version of PQPM that I own said "This product does not
work on Microsoft Server" blah blah when I tried it.

Works like a charm.  Now serves as my replacement for Drive Image and
Partition Magic.  There is no replacement for SpinRite 6 though!
